WARSAW — Despite several Lady Eagle attempts at a comeback, Warsaw’s Lindsay Baker always had an answer.
With six three-pointers and 23 points, Baker crushed any of Columbia City’s chances at a comeback, handing the Lady Eagles their third consecutive loss 63-39 Tuesday night.
The game kicked off with a quick basket by Columbia City’s Sarah Opliger, putting the Lady Eagles up 2-0.
But Baker retaliated with back-to-back baskets, including a three-pointer.
Churubusco head coach Michael McBride, left, took his team to Manchester Tuesday night for a second consecutive road game. The Eagles came away win a 51-45 win against the Squires.
