The defense team had concluded questioning accused child molester Dustin Shenberger and it was the stateâ€™s turn to cross-examine the suspect.
Shenberger, 36, of Mercersburg, Pa., is accused of child molestation and sexual misconduct with a minor in connection with incidents that allegedly happened between him and a local woman, now 19, when she was 13 and 14 years old.
COLUMBIA CITY â€“ Iotron Industries Canada, Inc., a provider of contract sterilization services to the medical industry, pest and microbial reduction for agribusiness and materials modification in the production of orthopedic products, announced today that it will establish a new operation here, creating up to 20 jobs by 2012.
Iotron Industries will invest more than $15.3 million to construct a 54,000 square-foot electron beam treatment facility in the Park 30 Business Center, a shovel-ready park near Columbia City.
Samuel I. Watkins, 77, of rural South Whitley died at 11:43 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 30, 2010 at Parkview Hospital, Fort Wayne where he was transported earlier in the evening.
He was born Feb. 6, 1933 in Breathitt County, Vancleve, Ky. a son of Ballard and Lida (Smith) Watkins. He completed his education in the Perry County Schools.
A United States Army Veteran, he served in Europe during the Korean War. He was honorably discharged Aug. 31, 1961.
