MOTORCYCLIST CRITICAL: Saturday wreck injures local man

COLUMBIA CITY – Motorcyclist Robert Ramey, age 50, from Columbia City, was critically injured Saturday at 5:20 p.m. in a single-vehicle accident south of Columbia City.
According to Whitley County Deputy Sheriff Tony Helfrich, Ramey was southbound on Ind. 205, just north of Washington Road, when he entered a curve, lost control and was ejected from the motorcycle. Ramey was flown by Samaritan helicopter to a Fort Wayne hospital. He was in critical condition with a head injury.
