HUNTINGTON — The special prosecutor selected to investigate a domestic issue involving Whitley County Sheriff Mark Hodges and his estranged wife, Laurell, has decided no charges should be filed.
Huntington Co. Prosecutor Amy Richison was named as special prosecutor for a July 19 incident involving the sheriff which was initially investigated by the Indiana State Police.
