Scientific Regulatory Consultants (SRC), is a firm located in downtown Columbia City in the former law office of Thomas Marshall. It was begun by Rhonda Jones and Sally Hayes when they were faced with the prospect of being downsized.

“Rather than go out and look for positions that would take us out of Whitley County, we decided to start this business,” Hayes said.
