REPLACEMENT: WCCS hires business manager

COLUMBIA CITY — In the words of Whitley County Consolidated Schools Superintendent Patricia O’Connor, Kirk Doehrmann has “big shoes to fill.”

Doehrmann will be replacing longtime WCCS Business Manager Tony Zickgraf, who announced his retirement last fall.

Zickgraf has 19 years of experience as the the business manager, and will end his term June 30 of this year.

“We’ve been fortunate to have Tony for all of these years, and I think we’re going to be fortunate to have Kirk as his replacement,” said Don Armstrong, school board president.
