COLUMBIA CITY â€” It's going to be a white Halloween this year, as snow is falling in Columbia City just before trick-or-treat hours tonight.

SOUTH WHITLEY â€” A Columbia City man attempted to take his own life after he was accused of molesting two young girls. Jay Huffman, 57, was found by Whitley County Sheriff deputies on a set of railroad tracks near South Whitley after family members became concerned he may attempt suicide.
