Juanita S. Mueller, 88, of Columbia City, died at 7 a.m. Monday, Aug. 30, 2010 at Heritage Park Nursing Home, Fort Wayne where she had been a resident for the past two years.
She was born Dec. 14, 1921 in Allen County, a daughter of John and Celeste (Bubb) Gibson. Her formative years were spent in Fort Wayne where she attended Catholic Schools.
Freida Blanche Fleck, 95, of Columbia City, passed away at 9:20 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 28, 2010 at Miller’s Merry Manor Inc., Columbia City. Born July 5, 1915 in Columbia Township, she was a daughter of Charles Grover and Estella Mae (Crawford) Wynkoop.
Delmar Bazil Jackson, Jr., 78, of South Whitley, passed away at 7:14 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 28, 2010 at his home. Born Oct. 28, 1931 in Putman County, he was a son of Bazil and Venia Grace (Bowles) Jackson, Sr.
Emery Franklin Rowland, 88, of Claypool, died at 9:35 p.m. Aug. 28, 2010 at Millers Merry Manor in Warsaw.
A lifetime resident of Claypool, he was born Oct. 14, 1921 to Merl and Anna (Shepherd) Rowland. He married Phyllis Hoover May 19, 1941 in Claypool.
He was a farmer, retiring in 2004 and his memberships included the Claypool United Methodist Church; Farm Bureau; and the Miami Valley Milk Producers, of which he was a board member.
He enjoyed visits from his children and especially his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Karla K. Coyle-Kammeyer, age 45, of Fort Wayne passed away at 10 p.m. Wednesday, August 25, 2010 at Visiting Nurse and Hospice Home, Fort Wayne.
Born Nov. 16, 1964 in Columbia City, she was the daughter of Kay L. and Yvonne “Bonnie” (Newsome) Coyle.

Mildred “Millie” Earlene Bradbury, 55, of Columbia City, passed away at 2 p.m. Monday, Aug. 23, 2010 at her residence. Born June 16, 1955 in Columbia City, she was a daughter of Earl Jay Graves and Barbara Lou (Herron) Sanderson.
She was a lifetime resident of Columbia City and graduated from Columbia City Joint High School with the Class of 1973. On Dec. 12, 1986 she married John Wayne Bradbury at Etna United Methodist Church. She worked at Group Dekko, Inc., North Webster for 36 years as a server/operator. Her hobbies were crocheting, camping and horseback riding.
Due to injuries she sustained in an ATV accident, Deanna Marie Wagner, 37, of Columbia City, passed away at 6:34 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 21, 2010 at Monroe Hospital, Bloomington. Born Aug. 12, 1973 in Auburn, she was a daughter of Fredrick J. and Sherry Lindell (Williams) Harroff.
She attended Columbia City High School and Cornerstone Christian Schools. Raised in Churubusco and a current Whitley County resident, she was a homemaker.
Walter Burdette Crampton, Jr., 84, of Columbia City passed away at 8 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 22, 2010 at his residence. Born Aug. 24, 1925 in Eaton, Delaware County, Ind., he was a son of Walter B. and Vera B. (Andrews) Crampton.

Robert W. “Bubba” Brown, 32, of Albion, passed away at 2:57 p.m. Friday, Aug. 20, 2010 at his residence. Born May 24, 1978 in Columbia City, he was a son of Dennis Brown and Kathi Boyer-Meyer.
A lifetime resident of Whitley and Noble counties, he attended Whitko High School. He was a mechanic and general handyman, but his favorite job was being “dad” to his son.
Carolyn A. Green, 65, of Columbia City, passed away at 8:16 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 21, 2010 at her residence. Born Feb. 13, 1945 in Fort Wayne, she was a daughter of Robert V. Benson and Virginia P. (Peters) Jackson.
Survivors include her husband, Fredrick K. Green, Jr.; son, Matthew R. Boggs; daughter, Tracie M. Wicker; mother, Virginia P. Jackson; and sister, Marilyn I. Cramer.
A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. today at Eel River Cemetery, 11400 West Carroll Road in Churubusco.
