COLUMBIA CITY — Shannon Lynn Bisel, 39, of Columbia City, passed away at 1:38 p.m. Monday, Dec. 19, 2011, at her residence.
Born Jan. 27, 1972, in Glendale, Ariz., she was the daughter of Paul D. and Coral Lee (Luken) Rambo.
Raised in Glendale, Ariz., she moved to Iowa until moving to Fort Wayne.
She has resided in Columbia City for the past 8 years.
She graduated from Ottumwa High School, Ottumwa, Iowa with the class of 1990.
On Sept. 29, 2007, she married Mark Edward Bisel at Eagle Quest Church in Columbia City.
