Rachel Lila-Jane Sheets, 28, of Churubusco, passed away at 1:18 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 25, 2012, at Parkview Regional Medical Center, Fort Wayne.
She was born on Feb. 25, 1984 in Columbia City, the daughter of Rodney Clayton Sheets and Jane Ellen (Fry) Goldwood.
She spent her entire lifetime in Whitley County. She graduated from Columbia City High School with the class of 2002.
She was baptized and attended Oak Grove Church of God, Columbia City. She received her associates degree in cosmetology from Ravenscroft Beauty College, Fort Wayne.
