Myrna J. Ennis, age 72, died at 7:10 p.m. Saturday, June 23, 2012, at Parkview Regional Medical Center, Fort Wayne. Since April, 2011, she resided at Norwood Health and Rehabilitation Center in Huntington.
Born Sept. 27, 1939, in Laud, she was the daughter of Ralph E. and Luella M. (Miler) Esterline.
Ashley Storm, 19, passed away Saturday, June 23, 2012, at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne, after being involved in a motorcycle accident. Funeral arrangements are pending at DeMoney-Grimes Countryside Park Funeral Home, Columbia City.

Mark E. Macy, 56, of Etna Troy Township, died at 8:05 p.m. Friday, June 22, 2012, at his home. He had been in failing health since March.
He was born July 17, 1955, in Wolf Lake, a son of Thomas O. and Viola M. Burns. His formative years were spent in Thorncreek Township. He graduated from Columbia City Joint High School in 1973.
On Dec. 21, 1974, he was united in marriage to Kathy Jeanette Ellison. They made their home in Columbia City for six months, before moving to Etna Troy Township. Mrs. Macy died June 7, 1978.
John W. Stoner, 82, formerly of Columbia City, passed away June 21, 2012 at Trinity Hospital in Florida.
He is survived by his wife, Barbara; a son, daughter, 3 step-children, a grandson, 2 granddaughters and one grandson.
Noel E. Yordy, 74, of Huntington, died at 6:40 a.m. Thursday, June 21, 2012, at Parkview Huntington Hospital.
Yordy was born in Fort Wayne on Aug. 1, 1937, the son of Paul P. and Artista (Baker) Yordy.
Survivors include his wife, Juanita L. Yordy, one son, three daughters, one brother, one sister and seven grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 3 to 7 p.m. Sunday at Bailey-Love Mortuary with Masonic Services being performed by Masonic Lodge #195.
Louva Smith Needham, 91, of Fort Wayne, died at 10:19 a.m. Thursday, June 21, 2012, at Towne House Health Center.
She was born Nov. 6, 1920, in Larwill, a daughter of the late Charles and Edna (Schuh) Smith.
She began her schooling in Larwill and later the family moved to Columbia City. She graduated from Columbia City High School and completed executive secretary training at International Business College, Fort Wayne.
After her graduation, she worked as a secretary at Rousseau Real Estate from 1939 to 1942.
Kathy Marie Gregory, 47, a resident of rural Columbia City and a native of Churubusco, died at 8:57 p.m. on Tuesday, June 19, 2012, at her home.
Ms. Gregory was born on June 14, 1965, in Goshen, a daughter of Norman G. and Linda (Alfrey) Gregory.
The surviving relatives include two children, her parents, a brother, two sisters, and six grandchildren.
Private graveside services will be held at the Eel River Cemetery, south of Churubusco. Interment will follow. At the request of the family, there will be no public calling hours.
Stanley George Walter, 83, of Columbia City, died at midnight on Wednesday, June 20, 2012, at Life Care Nursing Home in Fort Wayne.
Born Feb. 22, 1929, in Fort Wayne, he was the son of Willard M. and Gertrude (Mayland) Walter.
He attended Churubusco High School. On April 18, 1953, he married Rilla Jane Harroff in Angola. Throughout his lifetime, he lived in DeKalb, Whitley and Allen counties.
His employment included Kendallville Foundry, Johnson Brotherâ€™s Farm, Walmart of Auburn and Schneider National and Morgan Drive Away.
L. Grace Lemon, 96, formerly of Columbia City, died at 8:20 a.m. Tuesday, June 19, 2012, at Lutheran Life Villages in Kendallville where she had been a resident since May 2010.
She was born Jan. 18, 1916, in Whitley County, a daughter of Myron Jay and Jessie (Tinkham) Western.
Her formative years were spent in Troy Township. She graduated from Larwill High School.
On April 23, 1934, she was united in marriage to Clarence E. Lemon. They made their home in Troy Township until 1973, when they moved to Columbia City. Mr. Lemon died Aug. 20, 1994.
