Darwin D. Trautman, 85, of Fort Wayne, passed away at 5:15 p.m. Saturday, March 2, 2013, at Parkview Regional Hospital.
Born in Allen County, April 19, 1927, he was the son of the late Lafayette Trautman and Mitilda (Burkamp) Trautman. He retired in 1987 from Philips Dodge as a wire enameler after 46 years.
He has served in the U.S. Army and was a member of the American Legion Post #98, Columbia City.
Florence Leora Fetters, 93, of Kimmell, passed away at 12:45 a.m. Saturday, March 2, 2013, at Parkview Whitley Hospital, Columbia City.
Born February 12, 1920, in Aldridge, Ala., she was the daughter of James C. and Florence L. (Jones) Key.
She was born and raised in Alabama and in 1962 moved to Indiana. On Aug. 29, 1962, she married Robert S. Fetters. She and her late husband lived on a 94 acre farm in Washington Township, Noble County.
Karen Sue Grover, 60, of Leesburg, passed away Saturday, March 2, 2013, at 3:15 p.m. at her residence.
She was a resident of Kosciusko County for the past 33 years. She had worked for Zimmer, Inc. of Warsaw since 1979. At the time of her passing she was working as a Polymer Molder in the Knee Division.
Karen was born June 21, 1952, in Dayton, Ohio to Paul Edward Johnson and Ella Pearl Carnahan.
Mildred L. Judd, 93, a resident of South Whitley, died Saturday morning, March 2, 2013, at her home.
She was born April 8, 1919, in Huntington County, a daughter of the late Avery and Florence (Keiser) George.
As a small child, the family moved to Whitley County where she spent her formative years. She graduated from the Jefferson Center High School and then attended Grace College, Winona Lake.
On March 25, 1939, she was united in marriage to Lester A. Judd. They made their first home in Thorncreek Township. In early 1952, they moved to Cleveland Township.
Michael E. Rucker, 64, formerly of Columbia City, died at 7:45 a.m. Friday, March 1, 2013, at his home in Noble County.
He was born September 10, 1948, in Wabash, a son of Cyrus E. and Margaret J. (Lynch) Rucker. He graduated from Wabash High School and Upper Wabash Vocational School.
On Nov. 24, 1982, he married Judy A. (Bunch) Farner. They made their home in Lagro a short time before moving to Columbia City. In 1999, they moved to Sevierville, Tenn. until February 2012.
