Charles F. Wildey, 76, passed away Thursday, Dec. 4, 2014 at Dupont Hospital.
Born in Allen County, Ind., Charles worked with Zollner Pistons for over 30 years, before retiring. He also was a part- time security guard for several years. He enjoyed his Harley motorcycles, working on cars, as well as hunting and fishing.

Harold M. King, 85, a lifelong resident of South Whitley, died Friday morning, Dec. 5, 2014 at Parkview Regional Medical Center, Fort Wayne where he was admitted on Nov. 25th.
He was born March 10, 1929 in South Whitley the son of Cecil M. and Florence E. (Bumgardner) King. He graduated from South Whitley High School.
On Oct. 6, 1950 he was united in marriage to Yvonne D. Overmyer.
During the Korean War he served in the United States Army.
Clarence Hinen, 78

Clarence Eugene â€śBlondieâ€ť Hinen, 78, of Jefferson Township, Whitley County passed away peacefully Thursday, Dec. 4, 2014 at his home with his son and daughter at his side. He had been in failing health.
He was born May 6, 1936 in Whitley County, a son of the late Henry and Irene (Pequignot) Hinen. He spent his formative years in Jefferson Township and graduated from Jefferson Center High School.

Kody Troylee McQueen, 23, of Huntington, W. Va., passed away on Monday, Nov. 10, 2014.
He was born June 12, 1991 in Winchester, W. Va., a son of Kevin McQueen, of Columbia City and Bobbie Neely of Huntington, W. Va.
He is also survived by one sister, Jessica Ashton McQueen; one brother, Dale Hunter McQueen; grandparents, Jim and Susan McQueen; great-grandparents, Alice McQueen and Norma Sheets, of Columbia City.
He was preceded in death by great-grandparents, James McQueen Sr. and Morris Sheets; uncles, Eddie Lee and Dale Lee of Indiana.

Derek Bradley Bridegam, 26, of Columbia City, Ind. passed away at 11:24 p.m. Monday, Dec. 1, 2014 at Parkview Regional Medical Center, Fort Wayne.
Born on Jan. 5, 1988 in Columbia City, Derek was the son of Carl M. and Debbie (Leininger) Bridegam.

Brenda Kay Reynolds, 61, of Columbia City, died at 11:04 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 2, 2014 at her home.
She was born Aug. 11, 1953 in Columbia City, a daughter of Harold Frank and Dorothy A. (Barnes) Wade. She graduated from Columbia City Joint High School.
On April 9, 1977 she was united in marriage to Larry A. Reynolds. They always made their home in the Columbia City area. Mr. Reynolds died Nov. 7, 1994.
She was employed at Magnavox, USSI and Autoliv.

Ruth Evelyn Dygert, 103, of Thorncreek Township, Whitley County, died Tuesday morning, Dec. 2, 2014 at her home.
She was born Nov. 4, 1911 in Leavenworth, a daughter of James and Alzenia (Roberts) Tower. She graduated from from Leavenworth High School and DePauw University where she was a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
She taught high school English and Chemistry in LaPorte.

Russell D. Erne, 75, of rural Pierceton, Kosciusko County, died Tuesday morning, Dec. 2, 2014 at his home.
He was born Feb. 12, 1939 in Columbia City, Ind., a son of Harlo J. and Dorothy Marie (Kiger) Erne. He attended West Ward School, graduated from Columbia City High School in 1957 and Indiana Wesleyan College in Marion.
His first employment was with Blue Bell. In 1961 he began working at Fort Benjamin Harrison as a clerk then enlisted in the United States Air Force. He was honorably discharged in 1965.

Frederick William Sheets, 45, of Fort Wayne passed away at 2:38 p.m. Monday, December 1, 2014 at Lutheran Hospital. Born on July 30, 1969 in Fort Wayne, he was the son of Richard C. Sheets and Patricia (Grant) Uhl.
Virginia M. Bogner, 83, passed away Tuesday, December 2, 2014 at Millerâ€™s at Oak Pointe in Columbia City.
Born in Whitley County, Virginia worked for GTE for over 40 years before her retirement in 1991. Virginia was a master gardener, growing lots of food and donating much of it to the Fort Wayne Food Bank for many years. Aside from gardening, she also enjoyed making crafts, and photography.
Surviving are her nephews, Bill (Becky) Bogner of Larwill, Dave (Sherri) Bogner of Columbia City; niece, Shari Vanderford of Greenfield, along with many extended family members.
