Dorothy Elizabeth Federspiel-Tinney, 91, of Fort Wayne, went home in peace Tuesday, Oct. 21, 2014, at her home.
She was born to the late Louis and Lillian Jones, March 26, 1923, in Louisville, Ky.
She is survived by her daughter, Carol (Russell) Lahr; sons Andy (Chris) Federspiel and Ernest Federspiel; step-daughters Suzanne Shelton, Laura Barnes and Carolyn Runyan, step-son David Tinney; brother Kenneth Jones, several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Lavinia A. Croy-Robinson, 84, of Fort Wayne, passed away at 6:37 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 21, 2014.
Born Aug. 16, 1930, in Kentucky, she was the daughter of Doc and Maude (Stamper) Fletcher.
She moved from Kentucky to the Whitley County area at the age of 10. She attended Collins School, and on April 21, 1948, she married Albert Croy in Huntertown. Soon after in 1950, they moved their family to Fort Wayne.

Kenneth Jay Parke, Sr., 59, a resident of Big Lake, died at 10:31 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 21, 2014, at Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne. He had been in declining health.
He was born July 26, 1955, in Fort Wayne, a son of James and Virginia (Hawk) Parke. His formative years were spent in Fort Wayne. He attended South Side High School.
On Dec. 29, 1973, he entered the U.S. Marine Corp. He was honorably discharged May 28, 1978.
On July 29, 1978, he was united in marriage to Cathy M. Thompson. They made their home in Fort Wayne. In 1989, they moved to Big Lake.

Erma L. (Spear) Eagleson Caley, 90, passed away Tuesday, Oct. 21, 2014, at Lutheran Life Villages in Kendallville.
Born in Columbia City, Erma was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She was the owner of Caley Canvas for six years.
Erma loved music, playing the organ, fishing, golfing, photography and genealogy. She loved her family and cherished her grandchildren. She was a member of St. Joseph United Methodist Church.

Bessie M. Callison, 75, of Albion, passed away at 8:37 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 21, 2014, at Peabody Retirement Center, North Manchester.
Born April 3, 1939, in Fort Wayne, she was the daughter of Wilbert and Henrietta (Boschet) Ferrell.
She attended Columbia City High School and worked at Ten Pin Restaurant in Columbia City. It was there where she met her husband. On Oct. 16, 1976, she married Erville ‚ÄúDuke‚ÄĚ Callison in Columbia City.

Viola J. DeHabey, 95, went to be with the Lord, Friday, Oct. 17, 2014.
Viola had been a resident at St. Anne Home and Retirement Community since 2005. Born in Toledo, OH, Viola was a dedicated wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She enjoyed hosting family and friends at her house where she could cook for them.
She also enjoyed going to the Barr Street and South Side Markets for years. She was a lifetime member of Faith Missionary Church.

Diana L. Hull, 62, a resident of rural Larwill, died at 10:48 a.m. Monday, Oct. 20, 2014, at Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne. She had been in failing health.
She was born Oct. 21, 1951, in Whitley County, a daughter of Anthony Hill and Betty (Sheckler) Hill. Her formative years were spent in Etna-Troy Township. She graduated from Columbia City Joint High School in 1970.
On July 31, 1970, she was united in marriage to Arden E. Hull. They made their home in Virginia until her husband completed his military service. They then moved back to the Larwill area.

Roger Stuckman, 95, a well known Noble County dairy and grain farmer, died at 1:50 a.m. Friday Oct. 17, 2014, in the North Ridge Village in Albion.
He was born July 15, 1919, in Noble County, a son of Jay and Drusilla (Wysong) Stuckman. He completed his education at Wolf Lake High School.
Roger was never married and spent his entire life on the family farm near Big Lake where he specialized in Holstein dairy cattle.
He was a member of the American Holstein Association and world renowned authority on the genealogy of Holsteins.

Buthene Wineland Sampuda, 89, of Millington, Tenn., died Oct. 16, 2014.
She was born Nov. 3, 1924, in Columbia City, the daughter of Clair and Grace N. (Braddock) Wineland.
She was preceded in death by her husband, George Sampuda, Jr.; infant twins, Thomas and Ann Sampuda, and sister, Darlene Wineland Goodrich.
She is survived by a son, George C. Sampuda (Carla); three grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and a brother, Donald C. Wineland.

Cora Barney, 92, of Columbia City, passed away at 6:15 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 18, 2014, at Renaissance Village, Fort Wayne.
Born Aug. 18, 1922, in Kosciusko County, she was the daughter of Ralph J. and Pearl C. (Goppert) Bailey.
She was a Kosciusko County resident until her marriage to William C. Barney on May 22, 1984. She then moved to Columbia City. She graduated from Pierceton High School with the Class of 1941.
