Clifford Stockamp, 49

Clifford L. Stockamp, 49, passed away Tuesday, April 9, 2013, in Indianapolis.
He is survived by his children, Brant and Sophia; parents, Laurel and Tom; sister, Cassie and her children, Sydney and Audrey; brother, Kurt (Tommi) and his children, Megan and Chandler, and his brother, Christopher.
Cliff was a mortgage broker for Royal United, a life coach with Total Success Institute, athletic competitor, passionate father, and an amazing poet.
His poetry website is called Project Inspire the World, which has more than 33, 000 subscribers.

Eric Woodham, 52

Eric Todd Woodham, 52, of Bradenton, Fla., passed away unexpectedly in his sleep Saturday, March 30, 2012. He was born July 20, 1960, in Columbia City, to Dr. Gregory and Ruth Ann (Staley) Woodham.
He is survived by both parents, former long-time residents of Indianapolis who currently reside in Sanibel, Fla., and two sisters, Kathryn (Woodham) Theobald of Fort Mitchell, Ky. and Audrey Woodham Raycroft of Sherborn, Mass.
Eric lived the majority of his years in Indianapolis.

Robert Jay Baker, 89, of Roanoke, passed away at 9:20 p.m. Sunday, April 7, 2013 at his home with his family by his side. Born July 7, 1923 in Huntington, Bob was the son of Ira J. and Gertrude J. (Shaefer) Baker.

Susan Kauffman, 67

April 10, 2013

Susan Kauffman, 67, died April 6, 2013, after four years of living with cancer. Susan was born Jan. 13, 1946, in Indianapolis to Donald Alberty and Betty Robison Alberty. As an infant, she moved with her parents to Columbia City.
She married her high school boyfriend, Robert Kauffman, Aug. 31, 1968, in Goshen. Following their graduation from Purdue University in 1969, Susan and Bob moved to Columbia, Mo. where Bob had a job as a parole officer with the Missouri State Board of Probation and Parole.

Delores Harber, 80

Delores Wilhelmina Harber, 80, of Columbia City, passed away at 7:30 a.m. Monday, April 8, 2013, at Visiting Nurse Hospice Home, Fort Wayne. Born November 17, 1932, in Jefferson Township, she was the daughter of Marion Joseph and Mary Regina (Hinen) Harber.
She lived her entire lifetime in Jefferson Township. She worked at Classic Products, Fort Wayne, and Embroidery Products. She was baptized at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Roanoke, but attended St. Patrick Catholic Church, Arcola, her entire life.

Nadean Lange, 90

Nadean Juanita Lange, 90, Columbia City, formerly of Huntington, passed away peacefully at 5:37 p.m. April 5, 2013, at Parkview Hospital, Columbia City.
Mrs. Lange was born Nov. 30, 1922, in Huntington to John G. and Thalya Griffith Ross. Her parents preceded her in death. Mrs. Lange’s first marriage was to John Woodrow, who was killed during World War II. She married Dwain Lange Aug. 9, 1947, and he survives in Columbia City.

Iris Cox, 84

Iris Rose Cox, 84, of Columbia City, passed away Friday in Columbia City. Born Dec. 13, 1928, in Fort Wayne, she was the daughter of Paris and Hazel (Harmon) Standiford.
She moved to Whitley County in 1948 from Covington Downs in Allen County and resided in both Jefferson and Washington Townships. She graduated from Jefferson Center High School. On Jan. 16, 1949, she married Harold Eugene Cox in Waynedale. She and her husband managed and operated the Cox Family Farm until 1973. From 1973 to May 1991, she worked at Alcoils in Columbia City.

Pauline Gibson, 97

Pauline L. Gibson, 97, a former resident of rural Pierceton, died at 2:15 p.m. Thursday April 4, 2013 at Miller’s Merry Manor, Columbia City where she had been a resident for the past seven years.
She was born June 16, 1915 in Marion County a daughter of the late James H. and Gertrude F. (Teter) Brunner. Her formative years were spent in Marion, Fort Wayne and New Haven. She attended New Haven High School.

Regina Hann, 86

Regina M. Hann, 86, of Columbia City, passed away at 4:15 a.m. Thursday, April 4, 2013 at Morristown Manor, Morristown. Born Dec. 28, 1926 in Everett, Pa., she was the daughter of Walter A. and Viola Belle (Twigg) Rice.

William Nathan Harrison, 92, of Fort Wayne, passed away at 11:45 a.m. Thursday, April 4, 2013 at Renaissance Village, Fort Wayne. Born March 31, 1921, in Aboite Township, Allen County, he was the son of William Roy and Ethel N. (Smith) Harrison.
