WABASH — Whitko’s softball team won a lopsided 18-0 game over Wabash Wednesday night.
The Lady Wildcats collected 15 hits at Three Rivers Conference foe Wabash. Every Lady ’Cat starter recorded at least one run.
Whitko opened the game with nine runs in the first inning, including two apiece from Karissa Olinske and Audra Day. Olinske scored again in the third to make the score 10-0.
Eight Whitko players scored in the never-ending fourth frame, ending the game at 18-0.

WABASH — Whitko’s baseball team traveled to Three Rivers Conference foe Wabash on Wednesday night and lost, 6-1.
The Apaches scored the first run of the game in the second inning to take a 1-0 lead.
The score held until the fifth frame, when Whitko’s Colin Nicodemus reached home plate on a single by his cousin, Ethan Nicodemus.
Wabash retaliated with five runs in the bottom of the fifth to take the 6-1 win.
