PONETO — Whitko’s baseball team took two lopsided wins over Southern Wells Saturday.
The Wildcats won the first game 13-3, and the second 15-4.
In game one, Hunter Sroufe batted 3-for-3, scored four runs, including a home run, and had two RBIs.
Wyatt Wolf pitched all five innings with four strike outs. He gave up one earned run, three hits and two walks.
Sroufe, along with Ethan Nicodemus, picked up the opening runs for the ’Cats off a single by Zach Snep.
