1-TO-1: Tech gives students ownership in education

PIERCETON — A plan to place technology into the hands of Whitko students is rolling out for the 2013-14 school year.

The district’s 1-1 (one-to-one) technology plan encompasses more than providing students with computer tablets.

The interactive teaching aids will allow students to have internet-based educational opportunities as well as programs that will engage academic learning at a personalized level.
