ADA EXPERTS: Street dept. skilled at sidewalk installation

Columbia City Street Department workers are becoming expert installers of Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)-compliant ramps in sidewalks this summer. Due to federal regulations, all sidewalks must be ADA accessible.
