Anthony Edward Martelli 33, of Columbia City passed away unexpectedly Monday March 21, 2011 at his home.
He was born in Holyoke, Mass. Sept. 18, 1977 to Neil and Linda (Monroe) Martelli.
Surviving family include his fiancée, Tanya Boehly, son, Julian Anthony; mother, Linda Martelli; father, Neil Martelli; sisters: Traci Connors, Victoria Makuch, Nicole Martelli and Angelina Moran.
A memorial service will be held at a later date. Memorials can be made to Julian Martelli trust fund, c/o Hampden Bank, 19 Harrison Ave. Springfield, MA 01103
