BEAT THE HEAT: Splash pad provides cool plunge

Local residents have been taking the opportunity to beat the summer heat by spending time at Columbia City’s Splash Pad in Morsches Park. Burnworth Memorial Pool is also open daily from noon to 6 p.m. and noon to 8 p.m. on Mondays.
