BIG BUCKS: Old Settlers Association awards $14K in grants

COLUMBIA CITY — Columbia City’s Old Settlers Days has long since ended, but what is left in the wake of the festival is more than $14,000 invested into the community. Old Settlers Association members recently awarded $14,654 in grants to nonprofit organizations and groups in Whitley County.
