Blue River Trail: Architect offers advice on new restrooms, expansion

COLUMBIA CITY — Architect Teresa Ladd provided new public restroom ideas on the Blue River Trail expansion project to Columbia City’s Park Board at its monthly meeting last week.
The trail expansion is slated to follow Blue River and connect near Countryside Square Shopping Center. The additional public restroom would be located on the north side of U.S. 30.
