Blue River Trail expansion could be done by next July

COLUMBIA CITY — The Blue River Trail expansion at Morsches Park will cost $382,100 and could possibly be completed in two phases, it was learned Monday night.
Derek Fredrickson, with Engineering Resources of Fort Wayne, presented a time line, cost and funding update on the Blue River Trail expansion to Columbia City’s Park Board at its monthly meeting.
