Bradley Haugen, 36

Bradley Joseph Haugen, 36, of Fort Wayne, died at 4:03 a.m. Saturday, March 26, 2011 at Parkview North Hospital.
He was born Feb. 4, 1975 in Greenfield, a son of James Allen and Darleen K. (Nahrwold) Haugen. From 1975 until 1981 he resided in New Haven and from 1981 until 1991 he resided in Portland, Ore.
In 1991 he moved to Columbia City until moving to the Bethesda Lutheran Ministry Home in Fort Wayne a year ago. He graduated from Huntington North High School.
He had been employed at Passages and later Anthony Wayne Services in Fort Wayne.
A member of Living Water Lutheran Church in Wolf Lake, he attended Lutheran Disabilities Friendship Class and activities at the Praise Lutheran Church in Fort Wayne.
Surviving relatives include his parents, Pastor James and Darleen Haugen of Columbia City; two brothers, Rev. James (Jennifer) Haugen Jr. of Strongsville, Ohio and Rev. Joshua (Mary) Haugen of Greensboro N.C.; and four nephews, James Haugen III, Noah Haugen, Caleb Haugen, and Adam Haugen
The celebration of Brad’s life service will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Zion Lutheran Church, 101 East North Street, Columbia City with visitation one hour prior to service. The burial will be in Emanuel Lutheran Cemetery, New Haven. The visitation will also be from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Smith & Sons Funeral Home, Columbia City.
