St. Paul of the Cross Catholic Church held a groundbreaking ceremony Saturday to signify the start of construction on its Deacon Joe Zickgraf Community Center.

The pricetag for the new building is $989,000 and took more than a decade to raise. Pictured, from left, are Father Gary Sigler, George Crowe and Kevin Rupp.
