BREAKING NEWS: INDOT to begin again Thursday

WHITLEY COUNTY (JULY 9, 2014) -- Indiana Department of Transportation officials have announced a change in its resurfacing schedule.

Daytime restriction of U.S. 30 to one lane between Ind. 9 (Columbia City) and SR 5 (Larwill) is scheduled to resume tomorrow, July 10, weather permitting.

In the morning hours motorists should expect to see patching work occurring in the middle of the Ind. 9 and U.S. 30 intersection, throughout the day the work will proceed west out of Columbia City towards Ind. 5.

Both eastbound and westbound lanes are expected to be restricted to one lane throughout the day. These daytime restrictions are anticipated to last throughout the entirety of the project.
