BREAKING NEWS: Passenger car discovered in Blue River

COLUMBIA CITY – Rescue crews were summoned at mid-morning Tuesday upon discovery of a passenger car that had found its way into the Blue River, just south of Columbia City on Ind. 9 and east of the Columbia City Wastewater Treatment Plant.

Initial reports indicated there were no occupants in the vehicle.
