BREAKING NEWS: Robbery at Walgreens

COLUMBIA CITY — The Walgreens Pharmacy in Columbia City was robbed at approximately 3:30 p.m. Wednesday.

According to Columbia City Police Chief Tim Longenbaugh, the suspect was described as a white male, 5'7" to 5'10", with a medium build and red facial hair. He was reported wearing a black hat, black jacket and blue jeans.

According to police scanner traffic he was believed to get in a vehicle near carriage house flowers and headed southbound on Line St.

Columbia City and Indiana State Police are investigating the scene.
