Bucks boil over in annual cookoff

COLUMBIA CITY — Friendly competition turned food into dollars at The Center for Whitley County Youth’s annual Cookoff Thursday at First Church of God in Columbia City.

Four teams each assembled a menu that consisted of appetizers, entrees and desserts for cook-off patrons to vote on.

After collecting the ballots, taste-testers deemed Team Live United as having the best overall meal as well as presentation.
