Bus inspection results now available online

July 12, 2013

COLUMBIA CITY — The Indiana State Police released its school bus inspection records online for every bus used to transport children to public and private schools.

While school bus reports have always been a public record, the Indiana State Police, in collaboration with the Indiana Office of Technology, has made records more accessible through the public access website, which became operational July 1.

Citizens can access the new service at secure.in.gov/ISP/BusInspections/Public/Index.

The site contains records from more than 30,000 buses, and will be updated as inspections are conducted.
