’Busco baseball beats West Noble

CHURUBUSCO — Churu-busco’s baseball team picked up its second win in a row Thursday night, hosting West Noble.

The Eagles won 9-2.

The game stayed competitive through the third inning with Churubusco winning by a slim 4-2 margin.

The Eagles tore the game open in the sixth, scoring four runs to seal the deal on the Chargers.

Picking up runs for ’Busco were, Alan Meeks (2), Hayden Kilgore (2), Kody Poyser, Adam Boggess, Brent Simmons, Logan Harris and Cody Schaefer.
