CHURUBUSCO – Lady Eagles volleyball won for the second night amidst a three-day home stretch Wednesday, beating Canterbury in three straight games.
The final score in favor of ‘Busco was 25-13, 25-16 and 25-23.
Head Coach Trinda Goings mentioned the team playing on consecutive nights.
“For us to come back and still do some things that we needed to do after a big win last night; we played solid,” said Goings.
In the first game, Churubusco took an early lead and with the score at 5-2, Danielle Pippenger took the serve and didn’t relinquish it until she helped build the Eagle lead to 10-2.
