‘Busco senior lauded with ‘Spotlight on Success’

Haleigh Gross, left, is honored by Matt Widenhoefer, assistant principal, for being Churubusco High School’s Spotlight on Success at Monday evening’s school board meeting.
Gross, a senior at Churubusco Junior Senior High School, was honored Monday at the Smith-Green Community School board meeting.
“Currently she is ranked third in her class with a cumulative GPA of 11.3 and college GPA of 4.0 She takes some of our most rigorous courses. Aside from being an incredible student, Haleigh excels in extracurricular activities as well,” said Widenhoefer.
She is a daughter of Luke and Kelly Gross.
