CAR CRASH: Teenage driver ejected on Ind. 14 Tuesday

Crews from Jefferson Township Fire Department work to clean up the scene of a two-vehicle crash on Ind. 14 Tuesday evening, while Deputy Dustin Papenbrock investigates the accident, which occurred near Raber Road.

WHITLEY COUNTY — A young driver was ejected from her vehicle after a crash at the intersection of Ind. 14 and Raber Road Tuesday evening.
The 16-year-old female driver, whose name was not released, was transported to the hospital with broken ribs, along with cuts and bruises. Whitley County Sheriff Sergeant Cory Patrick said the girl was awake, alert and talking to police when they arrived on the scene.
