Carl E. Metzger, 92, North Manchester, died at 1:15 a.m. Saturday, March 3, 2012, in Peabody Healthcare Center.
He was born May 20, 1919, in Kosciusko County to Albert H. & Fern E. (Swank) Metzger.
On Sept. 29, 1946, he married Wilda E. Poehler. She died March 17, 2010.
Surviving are a son, Lee W. Metzger, Lagrange, and a sister-in-law Wilma Pinckley of California.
One sister, Lela B. Wise is deceased.
Services will be held Friday at 2 p.m. at McKee Mortuary, 1401 State Road 114 West, North Manchester.
Visitation is one hour prior to services at the mortuary.
Rev. Philip Rittner II will officiate and burial will follow at Oaklawn Cemetery, North Manchester.
