July 10, 2013

COLUMBIA CITY — Salvation Army of Whitley County’s “Celebrity Shoe Off” is Saturday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. in front of Shoe Show in Columbia City.

The goal is for local “celebrities” to generate money for the nonprofit’s drive to provide new school shoes for children in need.

Those wanting to contribute can drive by and put financial donations in a shoe of a local celebrity during the time they present at the store.
