Chamber honors its own during annual banquet

SOUTH WHITLEY — Optimism about the future and overcoming adversity was the prevalent theme at the outset of the awards presentation during the Whitley County Chamber of Commerce’s annual recognition night Tuesday.
“This has been a very challenging few months for the chamber of commerce,” said Mike DeFreeuw, chairman of the chamber board during the opening remarks.
