It was a valuable event. It is new, it is exciting.”Fleck told the board that runners who returned from the first marathon race, which also include a half-marathon (13.1 miles) and a five kilometer run, were very positive about not only the event itself, but the hospitality of the local residents and businesses.“The results were very positive,” Fleck said.In other business of the council, member Walter Crowder announced that Doug Fahl has resigned from the Whitley County Redevelopment Commission.
