FORT WAYNE — A Columbia City man was arrested in Fort Wayne Thursday on charges of robbery in connection with the holdup of a Walgreens pharmacy on Wednesday.
Vincen Velez, 34, was booked in the Allen County Jail Thursday with bail set at $25,000. Velez is accused of demanding Opana from the Walgreens pharmacist at the chain store located on Jefferson Blvd. in Fort Wayne.
