City regroups after first loss

   DECATUR — Going into Tuesday’s track and field meet at Bellmont, the Columbia City Lady Eagles stood unblemished with three invitational titles to their credit.
   By the end of the night, and a close bout with Carroll, Columbia City found itself regrouping from its first loss of the season 68-65 to the Lady Chargers.
