CITY SEEKS PUBLIC INPUT: Sewer utility increase imminent

COLUMBIA CITY — Out of options, Columbia City officials have no choice but to increase the sewer rate for local residents. The question is — how will the hike be applied? Columbia City’s Common Co-uncil is looking for input from the public on the impending rate hike, which is expected to go into effect by January at the latest.
