Col. City police go 800 MHz

COLUMBIA CITY — Having attained funding from city council, the Columbia City Police Department has received new police radios.
Currently the radios in use are not capable of the 800 megahertz frequency, which is used by the Whitley County Sheriff’s Department and the Indiana State Police.
