Col. City takes second to Chargers 90-57

   COLUMBIA CITY — The Columbia City Eagle boys’ track squad found out why the Carroll Chargers are a team to be reckoned with in the Northeast Hoosier Conference in Tuesday night’s triangular meet that also included the Bellmont Braves.
   The Chargers won 13 of 16 events on their way to scoring 90 points, with the host Eagles second with 57 points. Bellmont took third with 19 points.
