FATALITY: Woman dies in crash

COLUMBIA CITY — A Columbia City woman was killed in an accident on Ind. 205 Wednesday.
Rachel Anderson, 28, of rural Columbia City, was traveling southwest on Ind. 205 when she went left of the center line and sideswiped a semi trailer before landing in the ditch near CR 300 E.
Anderson was flown by Parkview Samaritan to a hospital in Fort Wayne with head and facial injuries.
The driver of the semi, Timmy High, 56, of Waterloo, was not injured.
