NEW HAVEN — Saturday’s Northeast Hoosier Conference Triple Dual at New Haven High School was a bad news - good news situation for the Columbia City Eagle wrestling squad.
The bad news for the Eagles was that they went 0-3 on the day, dropping matches to Homestead, host New Haven and Carroll.
The good news for Columbia City was that it had several wrestlers turn in solid performances and that the team as a whole was competitive in an opening round loss to a strong Homestead squad.
