Council on Aging makes plans for seniors in March

COLUMBIA CITY — Whitley County Council on Aging announced its events for March.
Events are held at the Woodlands Senior Center in Columbia City.

Special events
•AARP — March 4 at 1 p.m.
•Bingo & Farm Wagon — March 5 and 19 at 9:30 a.m.
•MMM Bingo — March 6 at noon
•Tipton House donuts — March 7
•Foot care — March 10 at 8:30 a.m.
•Silver Striders — March 10 at 10 a.m.
•Renaissance Village & North Ridge Bingo — March 10 at noon
•Haircuts — March 12 at noon.
•Massages ­— March 12 at 9 a.m.
•MMM Crafts — March 12 at 9:30 am
•Blood Pressure — March 12 at 10:30 a.m.
•Monthly Lunch — March 12 at 11:30 a.m. Lunch will be homemade spaghetti, followed by a cookie contest.
•Summit Hearing — March 13 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
•Board Meeting — March 17 at 9 a.m.
•Facials — March 19 at 9 a.m.
•Dinner & movie — March 20 at 11:30 a.m. The movie will be “The Secrets of Jonathon Sperry.”
•Carry in — March 25 at 11:15 a.m.
•Summit Hearing Bingo — March 25 at 4 p.m.
•Loaded baked potatoes — March 25 at 5 p.m.
•Melvin Mullins — March 25 at 6 p.m.
•Birthday Party — March 27 at 11:30 a.m. Lowell Druley as entertainment.
•Exercises offered Mondays at 10:30 a.m. and Thursdays at 10:30
•Euchre — Tuesdays and Fridays at 9 a.m.
•Dominoes & Cards — Tuesdays at 1 p.m.
•Line Dancing — Wednesdays at 2 p.m.
