Council hears rule for energy savings

COLUMBIA CITY — The Columbia City Common Council heard the first reading of an ordinance Tuesday night designed to make official an energy savings program for the city’s commercial and industrial customers.
The ordinance authorizes the city’s participation in the MISO (Midwest Independent Systems Operator, Inc.) Demand Response Programs.
