COLUMBIA CITY â€” The Columbia City Common Council heard the first reading of an ordinance Tuesday night designed to make official an energy savings program for the cityâ€™s commercial and industrial customers.
The ordinance authorizes the cityâ€™s participation in the MISO (Midwest Independent Systems Operator, Inc.) Demand Response Programs.
