COLUMBIA CITY â€” Whitley Countyâ€™s Commissioners finalized a plan on how to spend approximately $1.4 million in a two-year span.
The funds are part of the countyâ€™s CEDIT spending, which is County Economic Development Income Tax.
Originally, monies factored from wages as part of the employeeâ€™s income tax were turned over to government entities to use for economic development.
